How we got our start

 As a small bed and breakfast owner I understand what its like reserve a room in a strange city at a small business that only has their website as the primary point of contact. This point was made clear the other day when I was planning a trip to a small city in Mexico and needed a small hotel or bed and breakfast for a couple of nights. I found a couple of really cute places to stay and sent off emails to inquire about rates and availabilities. Several hours later I heard back from one of the hotels. The next morning I received another. By that time I was able to do more investigation and found another one where I got information regarding rates and availability and could secure a room instantly online.

The cost of using Reserve Assure

 Here at Reserve Assure we understand how hard it is to pay out the big bucks that other companies want for you to use their system. The upfront cost are way above what a small hotel or bed and breakfast can afford to come up with as an initial payment to get into a reservation system. So here is our cost. The first two months are considered “getting to know us”. That and use the product and pay nothing. We’ll help you get set up, which is quick and easy.

After the initial “getting to know us” period, you are required to pay a monthly charge of $9.95USD for up to 10 rooms. Higher than 10 rooms is pro-rated based on the number of rooms. That’s probably more than you lose each month of guest that have left your site waiting for that returned email.

The System

 

Modular Components

The system consists of three components that are self-contained and still connect with each other through a powerful backend database that tracks activities, guests and configuration information. You are able to interact with this system from any existing website through a simple link that you make use from any site, not just your business website. For hotel owners this means that you can install and use the online reservation system as simply as adding a link. For an advertising site provider your clients can now add reservations to their online link as well.

The components that make up the reservation system are:

Configuration Module

This module is accessed by the hotel administrator and its where the initial setup occurs for the hotel and the available rooms. From here you are able to upload hotel and room photos, enter your descriptions for the hotel and for each individual room, enter pricing and rates as well as availability. This module is always available for updating, adding new rooms, turning off the availability of rooms or changing photos. You are in control of the look-and-feel of your reservation and free to make changes whenever you wish.

Reporting Module/a>

 The Reporting Module is the daily interface with the hotel. From this module you are able to track room availability, chart out usage reports for days, weeks, months or the entire year by room and view and edit guest information. This is the module that lets you as the owner see what is happening in your hotel whenever you need to know.

Reservation Module/a>

 
The Reservation Module is the interaction between the guest and your hotel. This is a simple module make up of only the booking system. From here the guests, or you as the administrator, can check dates and room availability, see and compare rates of the available rooms and make a reservation or simple place a room on a hold pending a received deposit. You may even have the guests pay using the PayPal system or some other payment system that you are currently using. Our support staff will gladly work with you to make that interaction happen.
